Umora Refund & Return Policy
At Umora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at umoraherewitme@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at umoraherewitme@gmail.com and our support team will assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, health products).
Gift cards or digital downloads.
Clearance or final sale items.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
