1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by location:

US, Canada, Australia, UK: 7–15 business days

Europe: 7–18 business days

Asia: 8–20 business days

Middle East & Africa: 10–25 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

2. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on our Order Tracking page or your local postal service website.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly ship to customers all over the world. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

6. How do I know if an item is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” on the product page. You can subscribe to restock notifications if available.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re here to help! Contact umoraherewitme@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, all orders use standard worldwide shipping. If you have a special request or need faster delivery, please email umoraherewitme@gmail.com and we’ll advise on available options.

9. How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us at umoraherewitme@gmail.com anytime. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays but will respond as soon as we’re back online.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is processed. Please email umoraherewitme@gmail.com immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
